Terrible communication. Went on a Saturday, told me the job would be done same day & that I would recieve a call to pick it up. Never received a call, so I went up there & they're closed through the weekend. Why would you keep the car over the weekend without letting someone know? It was a simple fix, I wouldn't have left it if the job wasn't gonna be taken care of. I have work Monday morning. This isn't the first time communication has been bad, I've tried to give chances, but I'm done with this company.

My Brother was my Mechanic but unfortunately he passed away a few yrs ago so I had No idea what I was going to do when my car started messing up, I had been here for tires before and all the guys were great and Jorge made you feel very welcome, so I took my car in when it started dying on me while I was driving it and an hr later it was fixed for a decent price to. When My AC went out in the middle of summer last year he fixed it for me for a $100 less then everywhere us .. He has always been honest and fair with me and I greatly appreciate that because I'm a single woman who is definitely not rich. So I highly recommend Top Auto care & Tires.

Jorge is the worse mechanic. He takes advantage and lies about the work being done. I don’t know about cars or much about car repairs, if I’m going to a mechanic then my thought process would be to trust their word. He charged me for a catalytic converter clean to take away my check engine light. Come to find out, it is ILLEGAL to do a catalytic converter cleaning service, so either he LIED and said he did it, or did the service ILLEGALLY. I tried getting my refund and I have all videos saying he was going to do it and that he did the service and he realized I was recording and changed his story to he didn’t offer or did the service. I’m going to report him to the Better Business Bureau’s and i recommend everyone to do the same because with as much people complaining about how he lies, this establishment should be shut down and taken away from him. He should not be allowed to do any mechanic work. He got away with stealing my money. Don’t go to this place, if you do, you will regret. He comes off as a nice guy at first, but it’s all an act, he will try to get more money from you. I have would recommend Marlow Automotive in Plano for ALL car repairs.
